Installing WinXP from Virtual PC discs?

Hi,

Does anyone know if it is possible to use my old Virtual PC install discs to put Windows XP OS onto the Parallels VM? Parallels did not seem to recognize those Virtual PC install discs. Do I need to find a different set of dedicated WinXP install discs? Can I create an image file from those discs?

The thing is that those VPC install disks are licensed only for use with that copy of Virtual PC; Microsoft's hideously evil license forbids installing it on anything else.
