Internet Connection Lost After Sleep

When my MBP goes into sleep (say, when I close the lid), after re-awakening from sleep, the internet connection in the parellels workstation running XP is broken. (It works fine on the Mac). I tried disconnecting the network adapter (bottom right of parallels window then re-connecting it, but that does not work. The only way to re-establish the connection is to "reboot" windows.

Any suggestions?

Did you try repairing the connection in XP Network Control Panel? In Control Panel, choose Network Connections. Right-click on the connection and choose Repair. This should re-acquire an IP address for your new location. You might also try a Disable followed by an Enable (same menu).
