Internet connection on PC side is not recognized on the Mac side

internet connection by a Mexian Tecel stick with phone chip access connects to PC side only, IE gets online but cannot get Mac side to get on line with Safari or Mail program. Is it possible to get the Telcel stick internet connection to work on the Mac side ? The Telcel stick cannot be directly connected to the Mac side as it's PC compatible only.
 
Thanks a million. It took awhile, but I finally got it working. Macbook now sharing internet connection that comes in on the PC side with PC specific Mexican Telcel Z1E Banda Acha device.
