Internet Explorer and Firefox not displaying images correctly.

I just installed Parallels desktop 4.0 onto my system. Previously I was running bootcamp with Windows XP home edition. After installing Parallels, when I launch any of the browsers I have installed, the web pages do not display correctly. It is as if the browsers are loading the content and ignoring the stylesheets. Plus the fonts are all wacky in some cases. Has anyone run into this problem and have a solution to fix this issue. I took a screen shot of my issue and attached to this post as well

Hi Mario Boyd,

Please follow the steps to enable the screen resolution of the Wnidows Virtual Machine.
1) Parallels Desktop ( Do not start the Windows ) => go to Configure => Video => Select the option " adjust to the host computer's Full screen Resolution." => Click Ok.

This should fix the issue.
