Internet Explorer shortcut on Dekstop

Ive modified an MSI of the latest 2xApplicationServer. I use
CreateShrtcut = 0, and overrideusersettings = 1.
I have no logincredentials in the registry since those are being provided in distributed 2xa-files without the farms being added.
Still, sometimes the internet explorer shortcut keeps showing up on users desktops. when i then look in ther hkcu\software\2x\applicationserver\ i see that createshrtcut is set to 1.

Am i missing something here?
 
Hello,
Does it happen when you install MSI locally using Administrator account?
 
Im always installing it systemwide through zenworks as an unsecure user.
