Internet Security Update Can't Connect

After upgrading from 3.x to 4.0.3810 all working until I install PIS. Then I cannot connect to the internet. Have deleted all other security software (Norton, etc.). Any ideas how to sort this out?

Try to uninstall PIS and check, I suppose Norton, left corrupted network proxy services

Have done uninstall. Can connect to internet. Rechecked for norton files, can't find any but may not know where to look.

Any further ideas on what I can do now. I did try reinstalling PIS, but I'm back to square one.

You need to set firewall to training mode, when you install PIS, if still do not have connection , please create ticket in support we can check situation, http://www.parallels.com/support/desktop/request/
