Invalid activation key for PD 2

The hard-drive in my Macbook up blew up on me last night :-( Bought a new drive today and have been working to get myself up and running again. I reinstalled Parallels Desktop 2 then tried to activate it, but it kept telling me the key is invalid. Tried different permutations (without dashes, replacing O with 0, etc) but nothing worked. I've updated the software to build 3214. The version on the disc was 2.1 I believe.
