I am testing Parallels RAS (19.4 24966) and I am trying the invite feature but the HTML code is all screwed up. I am looking up and down trying to find where to fix %INSTRUCTIONS% and %MANUALINSTRUCTIONS% but no luck. What can I do to fix this default invite?

    Hi @BillH14 ,
%INSTRUCTIONS% -- Includes a custom URL hyperlink for automatic configuration of Parallels Client. The URL uses the Parallels Client URL scheme. For more info, see RAS Web Client API and Parallels Client URL Scheme.

%MANUALINSTRUCTIONS% -- Includes instructions for manual configuration of Parallels Client.

The variables are defined dynamically depending on the type(s) of the target devices and other settings. Normally, you should always include them in the message, so your users will receive all the necessary instructions and links

@PaulChristopher@Parallels , thanks for explaining how they work, but that doesn't fix the fact that the emails sent out are not formatted correctly. Did you open the attached preview I supplied in the original post? That preview is what arrives in the body of the email - it looks just like that, which isn't readable to the average user. Something is wrong with the HTML code or something.

Does anyone from Parallels report these posts to support? Does support even look at these posts up here?
I even updated to the newest version and invites are still broken... Ugh.

@BillH14 It goes without saying that parallels support do read these forums. Most of the issues or suggestions reported here do get checked. However, if you need to have actual ETAs for fixes, I am afraid that you might have to contact support directly.

And even after a new update, I still can't invite users... *shakes head*.
Apparently deploying Parallels to users isn't important enough to fix.

@BillH14 I do not have issues sending email invites to users using the latest version of the RAS server (19.4.2 (build 25171) at the time or writing). The email looks formatted well to me. I used the default message though. I think you will have to provide more information on what is not working to get more help on your issue.

It was fixed in the latest build.
