IP filtering

Is there any way to filter Public IP addresses, as it looks like the 2X applciation server is filtering only Private IP addresses.

Hi there,

Enable the log file and make sure that when clients with public IPs log on, their public ip is being logged.

The log file is enabled and there are no public IPs only private IPs. I have clients who are behind a firewall on the other hans, but when they logon the application is loggong their private IPs only.
