IP sharing

Hello everyone, I have question because I'm not sure if the error in configuring IP was on my side or not, so: If I change the IP on Parallels with some third party software and indeed the IP is changed on Parrallels, does Parallels still share my original IP or geolocations on the site where I am?

Yes of course I even checked it on site like myip.com and indeed the IP that I changed in the third-party program was showing up there, but can the sites see my home IP that I have in the Macos system itself?
