iPad Mobile App-How do you calibrate it?

I just installed the Parallels iPad app. However, the calibration is off. The cursor showing what I click on is about 1 inch off where I actually touch.
 
When using the mobile app on the iPad I have never been able to click on anything with accuracy. Trying to double click the start button in win 7 ultimate is impossible. Fix??? Seems to be a bug to me!
