Is a Powermac G4 400MHZ AGP Graphics Capable of running Parallel?

I have been looking everywhere for someone to answer this question but I keep coming up short. I know i might sound like a dumbass but i need someone to answer this for me. As stated in the subject line I just got my hands on a G4 PowerMac 400MHZ with AGP Graphics. Is there any way I can run parallel on my mac, and if there is what is it that i need to do?
 
You only can run parallels on intel mac !!!!!!!

The only program you can use is virtual pc (is very slow on a 400 mhz machine)
