Is it possible stop / pause / shutdown the Windows VM when quitting a Windows application?

Hi!

As from topic title, Is it possible stop / pause / shutdown the Windows VM when quitting a Windows application? There is a scripting / automatic language for Parallels Desktop? Or a Windows solution for this?

I'm operating on Windows XP from MacOS Catalina.
