Is it possible to use Windows Education with Parallels?

I'm a professor and my students have free access to Windows Education through our school. Can this version of the Windows operating systems be used with Parallels Desktop 18 if the student has a Mac with an Intel chip? I know Windows Pro is required with an M-series chip.
