Is Parallels 3 out? Where's mine?

    OK, I see by other posts here that version 3 is out. Hmmmmm. I pre-purchased it on June 9, with Element5.com. My credit card was charged but I have not received anything about receiving my order. I do have the email sent as a confirmation of my order. I can download the trial version, i guess, but what about a registration key? I am currently using Build 3188.

    Contact order-support@parallels.com and explain your purchase and provide any purchase id or tracking number, date, etc. The download is available (US version) at the Download link at the top of this page.
