Is Parallels Tools installed properly?

I'm running Windows 7 Home Premium in Parallels 5. PD5 is much more responsive than 4. What I am noticing though is that every few minutes the screen will go black for a second and the status bar in Window mode says "Press ctrl + alt to release the mouse". If I do something like flashing up the Mac dock then the message disappears.

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling Parallels Tools. Any reason I should be getting this message?

PS How do you hide the floppy disk icon on the toolbar if deactivated?
