Is there a way to get Dynamic Lock to work?

Hi,

I am running Parallels Desktop 15.1.0 on a MacBook Pro with Catalina 10.15.1. I'm also running Windows 10 Enterprise 1903 as a VM on Parallels. My iPhone is paired to my Windows 10 VM however the VM is unable to find my iPhone when it comes to Dynamic Lock. Has anyone managed to get this to work on their end?
