Is this possible? Functioning Ubuntu webserver in parallels

Hello,

I was wondering if it was possible to run a webserver in Ubuntu, on parallels for mac os x.

In theory will I have problems with networking? (my only issue I would guess is to let my router give access to static ip to my mac but other than that, in theory would it work?

I want to run a web server, in Ubuntu, and view the server on my Mac.
