Is Ubuntu 24.04.1 compatible with Parallels 18?

    After installation and trying to install Parallels Tools I get black screen.

    Kindly perform the following actions to enable us troubleshoot this issue.

    1. Reproduce the issue.
    2. Please collect a Technical report (click the Parallels Desktop icon > Help > Send technical data > check "Attach screenshots..." > press Send Report) and send the report's 9-digit ID in reply to this e-mail.
    3. Start your virtual machine.
    4. Open the Terminal in your virtual machine.
    5. Navigate to /var/log
    6. Execute the following command:

    open .

    7. Upload the parallels.log and parallels-tools-install.log files to https://support-fileshare.alludo.com/api/fileShare?id=758ded8b-5da9-47c0-9b45-ec9c8c22714d
    8. Kindly let us know as soon as this is done as well as reply to us with the 9-digit ID.

    I send you report, but I cannot install Parallels Tools ib 22.04 LTS also if I don't download it through your app but instead download it myself to be able to change settings during the installation.

    I have similar issue. It fails during installation. Parallels 18 latest, ubuntu 24.04 latest
