Is windows Vista AERO feature ready?

Hi. I have been using Parallels 3 and now 4.0 running different operating systems on my mac. My question is IF the AERO feature for windows can be activated and run under PARALLELS 4. I know it works fine under bootcamp but the direct question is UNDER PARALLELS 4 with VISTA ULTIMATE.

The power of my hardware is enough but just in case I have

POWERMAC 2.8
RAM 8 GB
2 HD (500 MB each)
Video Card NVIDIA GE FORCE 8800 for MAC

Aero feature for windows vista will not be activated under Parallels.

I think the question should be, do Parallels have any plans in the NEAR future to have the Aero feature work ...
