Using Parallels Desktop for Mac. In the configure option for my virtual machine, I'd like to know if it is possible to use a iscsi target instead of creating a local disk?
You can't use any real harddrive (apart from Boot Camp partition) and the virtual machine hard drive. If you want to locate VM files at the iscsi HDD - you can move pvm file there.
