iSight will not install on Parallels Desktop 4.0.3844 and XP

Parallels Desktop 4.0.3844 (eng)
Windows XP with SP3 (eng)
(Not Bootcamp VM)

Tried turning on iSight via PD4 device menu. iSight device could not find the driver and fails. I tried installing the Apple bootcamp drivers and when I enabled iSight it still could not find the driver.
 
Tried running the entire bootcamp driver install and now the iSight works. Just so bootcamp manager would not run on my task bar I disabled Apple OS Switch Manager with msconfig and disabled Apple_KbdMgr with a program called Startup Control Center.
