[Issue] Dialog window for USB device connection selection is broken

    Parallels version: 17 (upgraded from 16)
    macOS version: 11.5.1
    Symptom:
    When connecting a USB device, a dialog window would pop up to ask which OS (native or guest) should be connected to, and this dialog window is broken as attachment
    Doesn't happen in v16
