Issue installing parallels v15 after upgrading and uninstalling parallels v18.

I have a license for Parallels Desktop version 16 and I am unable to find a link to be able to download it. I have found one for version 15, since I have run out of my trial period.
I have deleted version 18 and tried to install version 15 but it keeps showing this error constantly after restarting
