Issue with Email Plesk+SmarterMail+Windows

Where it's keep domains and mails?
Because this issue happens Unable to update the mail account properties:mailmng failed: Can't open domain.
Domain: ....

Any one, now, how to fix it on windows?
I see all to fix on Linux, but I need Smartermail and Windows,
not MailEnble and linux/Windows.

C: \ Program Files (x86) \ SmarterTools \ SmarterMail \ Service Archive domainlist He who control and plesk smartemail, there is all fields and all accounts.
