We are a paid business license user but our account is not working for some reason today and out server is offline. We tried calling support but no answer

There was a licensing server outage i just got an email back from support. I am sending feedback via email we would have very much appreciated a simple email to highlight this. Hello Sam, Thank you for contacting Parallels Technical Support. We actually had a major outage with our licensing server during the weekend, which is now resolved. Impact of this outage is that RAS farms became unlicensed and users were not being able to connect to the services. Some farms were automatically synchronized and others, to fix the issue, the farms needed to be re-licensed/activated using their according license key from the RAS Console. We deeply apologize for the inconvenienced caused.
