Issue with switching license for parallel 10

Hello
I have tried this for the last two hours and reached a dead end. Basically, I have a license key for parallel 10 and had it on my iMAC. I cannot find a way to remove the license key from there. I saw number of posts that suggested ways like :

but there is no way to do this in old parallel 10
There was also a suggestion to automatically activate the key on new one and it would deactive old one :

But this hasn't worked for me either.

Can someone please suggest to how to go about it?

Should have added that when trying to activate on the new mac, it complains maximum number of activations reached.

My computer was repaired and got a motherboard replace with a new SDD and now I need to reactivate my parallels license but it is giving me the same error message that I reached the maximum number of activations. I only have this computer. All the "active" computers are old computers not in use anymore.
