Issues copy-pasting urls in IE 11/Windows 10

frustrating, enabling "Optimize for Games" fixed me too.... why is that needed?

I had a great support from Parallels that informed me to
1) Click on two red Parallel lines on the top (Mac menu bar)
2) Select Action -> Reinstall Parallels Tools
3) Then restart Windows and after that the copy & paste actions returned to work fine for me.
