Issues transferring from old computer to new

Hello, I am trying to transfer my Toolbox to another Mac but when I try to enter my key, it tells me it's already registered on another after I signed out and deleted the program from the old computer. Please help.

Hello, we've checked your Parallels Account djd******2@yahoo.com and unfortunately didn't find any licensee key associated with it.

Could you provide us with your license key or with the email address that you used for the Parallels license registration please?
