Issues with Parallels 13 Upgrade

Hello all,

I wonder if anyone can help me on here, ever since i upgraded my Parallels from 12 to 13 I have been having issues with my Mac. First, my Nitro Pro application is now so slow i simply can't use it anymore. and then in the past couple of days, my Windows has been showing in Black and White. I have no idea why or how it happened.

Has anyone faced similar issues?

Hello @CalgozL , please follow the steps provided at http://kb.parallels.com/112091 to improve the performance of Windows virtual machine and regarding the black the white screen, click on Windows icon > Settings > Ease of access >turn off the color filter and check if this works.
