issues with Parallels Desktop 13 (Win10 VM) and macOS Catalina

I purchased Parallels Desktop 13 when it was the current version. When I initially got my Windows 10 VM up and running, I had no issues whatsoever. However, I've recently began to notice a few things not working properly. The VM as a whole has become a bit slow and laggy, and coherence mode no longer works (gray boxes appear instead of the Windows applications). I can only imagine that these issues with my outdated Parallels are a result of me recently upgrading to Catalina.

Has anyone else had these issues? Will it all be solved by upgrading to Parallels 15?

Hello @Nick916, please be informed you that, Parallels 13 does not fully compatible with macOS Catalina. Please refer KB article: https://kb.parallels.com/114381 Please upgrade to Parallels 15 to fix the issue.
