Issues with repeating lines

I go into the windows display properties and got to the settings tab then click advanced. Once in the advanced settings I go to the troubleshoot tab and get a slider and slide it to the left until I turn off the directX settings but it turns off the mouse settings and scrolling from the vm to mac os. But in the parallels tools it is still checked. I am lost and tired of this getting changed.
 
Ok I just uninstalled the parallels video drivers but now it wil not rescale when i change the vm window size. This is a parallels problem that needs to be fixed can some one redirect me to a driver maybe an older driver that I can try.
 
Now I am trying to run in window mode and my video memory is not high enough. Did the dev team for parallels forget that not all macbooks have the new upgraded video memory
