How do I edit that message that says "It is now safe to turn off your computer"? Is it a graphic image to edit? Or a resedit file?

I think it should say: "It will now be fun to return to OS X"

That message is from Windows, not from Parallels. I don't think you can edit that.

I believe it's only possible to edit that in versions running the Win9x kernal (it is just a bitmap image disguised)... but I think it's actually built into the WinNT kernal.
