Javascript not displaying corrently in all browsers

Bit poster
I develop web sites and use parallels to test various environments.. the following display incorrectly under parallels and was hoping someone might have an answer...
IE6 in Win XP SP3
IE7 in Win XP SP3
Google Chrome 3 in Windows 7
Firefox 3.53 in Windows 7

basically what happens is that the Javascript code is not displaying the correct pixel by pixel resolution

For instance a banner add I created which should be 200 x 90 displays at about 150x20 making it completely unreadable... but only does it in the browsers listed above.

Very strange, I'm not sure what could cause this...
