Just Bought P3, Will Not Launch...

I just purchased Parallels 3 today (taking advantage of the "deal of the day") and after downloading and running the dmg, Parallels will not launch. All I get to do is ignore or relaunch (the ever lovin' "The application Parallels Desktop quit unexpectedly." error).

Nothing has been configured, the application has not been (cannot be) registered and no virtual machines have ben created. I did see the "Parallels has been successfully installed screen from the installer - but that appears to be in error.

Help?

OXSX.5.5 on a MacPro dual quad core 2.8 GHz, 6 GB RAM.
 
What version you are using?
or what you can see in crash logs:

* Archive of /Library/Parallels/bugreports/
or ~/Library/Parallels/bugreports/

* /Library/Logs/panic.log
or ~/Library/Logs/CrashReporter/Parallels.crash.log from the Mac side;
