just upgraded my parallels 11 and drag and drop to the mac no longer works?

opened parallel as usual today and the program recommended an update i did this restarted and now I can't drag files form the windows desktop
to the mac anymore? no settings were changed I am running parallel 11.2.2 and sierra 10.12? Any ideas to fix this?
