I download the trial version of Parallels. I have installed a Windows Guest OS. Is there anyway I can keep the top Parallels menu bar always visible in full screen mode similar to how it is in OS X? Thanks.

There is no such option unfortunately - but you can configure hot corners to make it easily assessable:
VM Configuration > Options > Full Screen
