Keeping Linux time in sync with OS X?

I have Parallels 3.0 running both Windows XP Pro and Debian Linux 4.0 on a 1st generation MacBook (2 GB RAM).

On the Debian side, the system time tends to fall out of sync with the Mac's time, usually falling behind several minutes in a very short period.

Is there a way to keep the Linux Guest OS' system time in sync with the Mac host? I do have Parallels Tools for Linux installed.
 
My linux are configured to get the time from the internet.

You could either do that, or configure a time server on your mac, nad have your linux sync with it.
 
That would be the quick way, I guess, and have it sync up every 10 minutes or so. Virtual PC (when Connectix owned it, not after Microschmuck took over) had a utility to install on the Linux side that would keep the guest os in sync with the host without having to go out to the Internet to pull NTP. Would be good if Parallels had a similar utility.
