key from previous version

    hi i just upgrade to parallels 15
    its asking my for the previous license key to activate my product
    where can i find it??

    Hi, you can find it at your Parallels account, or at your email, which you used for the Parallels Desktop purchase.
    I've checked your Parallels account kas***79@h**mail.com and didn't find any key accept the Parallels Desktop 15.

    Hey I am getting the same error. I had the trial version installed and tried to add the new Pro edition Key but it asks for previous key, which I have never received! Plz advice!

    You can only purchase an upgrade if you have previously purchased Parallels Desktop else you have to buy a full version. If you do not have any previous key, let us know to process a refund for the upgrade purchase.

  6. Hi MikkoV2. Yes, if you have a valid Parallels Desktop for Mac license key for any of the previous version then you can upgrade to version 15.

    I have had the same problem, I would like a refund, the make the process way to hard.
