Keyboard "control + F3" keys

In Windows XP virtual machine on my MAC, I need to hold the control and F3 keys while clicking on a selection from a pull down menu. Unfortunately, "Control + F3" is functioning as a MAC command rather than a Windows command, so I can't execute what I need in Windows. Does anyone know a solution for this?
 
Try to either disable the Mac OS system shortcuts from Parallels Desktop -> Preferences -> keyboard.

Also, you can find that one specific shortcut on a Mac side: System Preferences -> Keyboard & Mouse and disable it.
 
Thanks for the help! I was able to set up what I need using Parallels Keyboard Preferences and adding a shortcut.
