Keyboard input is being captured by Parallels

I want to press a global hotkey on my system defined by an application other than parallels while parallels is capturing my input. I would like to make this keyboard input not being captured by Parallels and go to my mac desktop where the other application can see it. How to do that?
Thanks.

Hi PavelS3. Please provide the hotkey which you are trying to use and the function of the key to check.

I have a program on Mac that zooms the screen by using voice "pop" sound or by pressing F9. When I go to Win 10 in Parallels and use "pop" sound the screen zooms, but when I press F9, nothing happens. I need the F9 to work too in Win 10 just like it works in macOS(Mojave) Before u will say that I can use magnifier lens in Windows for the zooming, it is not actually suitable for my needs. The program that I am using is much more complex than that.
