Keyboard issues in Parallels 5608

I have a user that is experiencing random keyboard issues such as freezing, lagging, and non-responiveness in her VM. System is as follows

Mac Pro
Leopard 10.5.3
Parallels 5608
Windows XP SP3
Revit 2009
4GB Total RAM, 2GB allocated to VM
64MB Video Ram allocated to VM

Any ideas? One day it was fine, the next it had problems, the next day it is fine, and so on. I ran a virus scan, installed a completely new VM from scratch, and I'm out of ideas so far. I've also tried moving the keyboard to another USB port and tried replacing the keyboard to no effect.

Hi Kris,

One more thing you can try is to reinstall build 5608 of Parallels and reinstall Parallels tools within VM.
