keyboard settings

I work in a certain program called Case Catalyst for court reporters. There is some setting, some certain combination of keys i'm hitting that suspends my Windows 7 every time I'm working. i have no idea what the combo of keys is or how to turn it off.

Try all the keyboard shortcuts listed at Parallels Desktop -> Preferences -> Keyboard.

When you press the keys, do you see the Windows Start menu appear? Do you press the command key alot?
