Does anyone know a fix for this? I already have the preferences to send mac shortcuts to Windows machine but it's not working. This has been working for the past 18 months so not sure what has changed ... Thanks
Oddly enough, I'm not sure if it's Parallels or not, but then again, it's possible that Parallels has messed with my Bootcamp install as well because I've noticed for quite a while that I've lost said shortcuts in Bootcamp as well (either that or I've stopped using it so long that I've forgotten that it was never a thing?).
Hello, For us to further investigate the issue, kindly provide us the below information: 1. Detailed explanation, with all steps by steps followed, to reproduce the issue (with all the shortcuts that does not work). 2. Collect a technical report (right-click Parallels icon in Dock > Help > Send technical data > check "Attach screenshots..." > press Send Report) and provide us with the report's 9-digit ID in reply to this post. Thanks

I have done some further testing and it appears to be that the shortcuts behave differently if I try to use them when a Mac window is active or when an Office window is active. I have provided 2 examples of shortcuts that no longer work as expected. In each case the starting desktop is my Mac as shown in the file 'Picture 1.pdf'. I have submitted a technical report #431023912 Example 1 - keyboard shortcut: command, tab => expect to cycle through open windows Scenario 1 click on any window of Mac software eg - Finder press command, tab the cursor cycles through all the open software eg - Parallels, Firefox, Finder, Outlook (open in Windows) Scenario 2 click on any window of Windows software eg - Outlook press command, tab shows picture 3 press command tab reverts to Mac desktop Example 2 - keyboard shortcut: command, spacebar => expect to open Alfred Scenario 1 click on any window of Mac software eg - Finder press command, space bar opens Alfred input box Scenario 2 click on any window of Windows software eg - Outlook press command, space bar nothing happens
Hello, As a possible solution, kindly follow the below steps: 1. Open Parallels Desktop Preferences and go to the Shortcuts tab ► macOS System Shortcuts. From Send macOS system shortcuts drop-down list select Never to pass shortcuts to your host macOS directly. Thank you.
