Hi. I'm having problems getting my keyboard shortcuts functioning properly in Excel (for example), but also elsewhere. As an example, in Excel for Mac, I can highlight a long column of numbers with Control-Shift-Down. In Windows, this minimizes the program window. I can't seem to figure out how to fix this. Any suggestions?

Hello Willd2, please try the below steps to fix the issue.
1. Open Parallels Desktop Preferences > go to Shortcuts tab > OS X System Shortcuts. From Send OS X system shortcuts drop-down list chose Auto to pass shortcuts into the virtual machine only when it is in focus or Always to always pass shortcuts into the virtual Machine and check it helps.
