keyboard shortcuts?

I am just gettng adjusted to using parallels and really love it.

When i am running a winxp program and as a standalone and parallels is open on the desktop, how do i maximize it, or open it up to either the full screen or the config window without clicking on VIEW at the top? Is there a keyboard shourtcuts for this? To turn off convergence with a keyboard shortcut?

You are supposed to be able to set them in the options. They never seem to work for me, though.
