keystroke to switch parallels and mac os x between two monitors

hi

i have two monitors, one on a macbook pro which i generally use for parallels, and a second monitor plugged in to the macbook which i use for mac os x. i wonder if it is possible to assign a keystroke to switch between these monitors, so that everything on one monitor, including the dock/menubar gets switched to the other and vice versa?
