HI.
I am one of many, it appears, who has bought Parallels, but my user key doesnt work!
There seems to be no help from Parallels, and I am wondering if I have been ripped off?
I am a novice, but not uncapable of entering a number correctly.

Any ideas of what to do? Where will I find out the "build" number that is relevant?

To check you current build number:

1. Start the Parallels Desktop.

2. Make sure that Parallels window is active (i.e. the Mac menubar has Parallels menus).

3. Click on the "Parallels Desktop" option on the Mac menubar.

4. Select "About Parallels Desktop" option.

5. Check the build number in the opened information window.
