Language Issue. Desktop 17.1.0 Standard Edition

Hi,
the have bought Parallels Desktop 17.1.0 and it's in the English language. I want this in the Dutch language.
The solution https://kb.parallels.com/111830 , doesn't work! Everything in my Mac is installed with the Dutch language. NOT Parallels. Why is this happening? The Parallels Trial is in Dutch.
Please help to solve this problem.

Hi, kindly upgrade to 17.1.1 version and let us know if still the issue persist.
