Leap Motion in VM cannot be connected

I am working on a Leap Motion Orion project which's SDK only support Windows, so I installed the newest driver 'Leap_Motion_Setup_Win_3.1.3.exe' on a Windows 10 guest OS on Parallels 12. But when I plugged in the Leap Motion, the Leap Motion control panel says that the device is disconnected although Leap Motion appears in the 'Devices' of Windows. Has anyone else encounter such a problem?

Please try reinstalling Parallels Tools: http://bit.ly/1cZWAa3 then, observe how it works and keep us posted.
